No, you can't use this application on Linux because it hasn't been released to support this platform. According to the only download available through the official website, you can use the software only on Windows operating systems. Of course, you can use an emulation tool called Wine, but it's not guaranteed that it will run the software.
I'm using Sure Thing Deluxe 5, an HP Color LaserJet Printer CP2025 and Neato 180948 forms. We continuously have to manually move the two wings on the tray form as they are generally about one-eight of an inch (or more) off to the left. Previously, I used an HP1600 but it went bad and we changed it recently. I never had this problem until I switched out printers. Can you help me?

In order to fix the issue, I recommend you download and install the latest drivers for your printer. Navigate to HP Download Center, select your operating system and download and install the latest files. After that, update the software using the Check for updates button from the File menu and try again. If the problem persists, use the Contact HP web page to get in touch with the support team.
Yes, this is the purpose of this application, to create covers and to print them using a supported printer on the CDs, DVDs, etc. You can create whatever you want with this application related to CD/DVD printing (DVD cases included). For more information related to additional resources and instructions, you can check the official website of the product.
Can I download SureThing Disk Labeler for Linux?
